Applications for primary school places are processed by the admissions teams of your Local Authority – the borough to which your council tax payments are sent.
All general school admissions for Dorset Road Infant School are handled by Bromley Local Education Authority at the Civic Centre. Please contact them with any queries on 0208 313 4044 please call between 12-3pm.

Children starting Reception
Since September 2011, there has been a one-point entry to Foundation Stage with all children joining in September. If your child’s fifth birthday falls between 1st March and 31st August, you may request that they start school in the January, but we encourage all children to start in the September.
Other Year Groups
Prospective parents for all other year groups are welcome to visit the school and should contact the school office to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit.
