After School Club - Canopy

Canopy Club is an after-school club run by experienced play leaders and resourced with quality play resources.  The aim of the club is to provide the children with an environment where they can unwind, relax, seek support with school work and have fun with friends. The club runs from the end of school until 6pm with parents being able to pick up at any convenient time within this time frame.  The provision is open to all children from nursery through to Year 6.

Canopy Club staff are directly employed by the school and the club is based in The Lodge.  There are opportunities to play inside and outside, dependent on the weather, and include sports, role play, board games, homework help, reading, music, craft and much more.

Children receive a substantial snack, being guided by the school’s healthy school status. All dietary requirements can be catered for.

Cost of After School Club

• £9.50 per child per session, if contracted
• £11.50 per child per session, if booked on an ad hoc basis

Childcare Vouchers

If you wish to pay by Childcare vouchers, then please send your payment to the school and then email creditcontrol@springtrust.uk with either a screenshot of your payment or the payment reference. Please let us know where you would like the payment credited (ie. Breakfast Club / After School Club) and we will credit it to ParentPay for you.

Contract Bookings

If you wish to register for a contract place at the Canopy Club, then please read, complete and sign the attached Terms & Conditions and email to afterschoolclub@elmsteadwoodprimary.co.uk. Once we have received this, you can book the dates that you need by logging onto ParentPay, which is explained further in the attachment below.

Each term you need to make your bookings prior to the booking deadline. If we do not receive a booking, then we will need to charge ad hoc prices for that term. These are the booking deadlines for this academic year:

Ad Hoc Bookings

If you wish to book an Ad Hoc session at the Canopy Club, then please email the Club Leader at afterschoolclub@elmsteadwoodprimary.co.uk, and they will confirm whether they have availability for your child. Once you have received confirmation of their place, you can log onto ParentPay and make payment. Please note that all payments must be made in advance.
